Granules conveying with TF injector
The injector system is ideally suited for low-capacity installations. The injector feeds the material into the positive air stream generated by the MultiAir® blower. The cyclone separates the material from the air stream at the discharge point.
By combining the injector system with Kongskilde’s wide range of unique OK 160 pipe components (Ø160), the solution can move material from one loading point to several destinations.
Only the blower must be connected to a power supply. No moving or rotating parts are ever in contact with the conveyed material, increasing uptime and reducing the need for maintenance.
The capacity for granules transport over a 10-meter distance is 4.5 t/h. Over a 150-meter distance, the capacity is 0.4 t/h.
