The KG Inline Granulator
The KG Inline Granulator features a durable cast housing and a rotor equipped with either two or six rotating knives and a 180-degree screen. It is primarily used in conjunction with film blowing machines, where edge trim is generated during production.
Material Recycling
The process waste is collected via a suction system, passing through the inline granulator, where it is finely granulated and directly returned to the film blowing machine’s mixer. The reclaimed material is then blended with virgin resin and seamlessly reintegrated into production, minimizing waste and maximizing efficiency.
