Pre-cleaning of grain by weight and size
To remove more heavy impurities in the grain, it is necessary to use a screen cleaning process, also for the pre-cleaning. During the first passage on the screens, large impurities (oversize) are held back and separated from the grain. After having been processed on the screens, the grain passes through an aspirator cleaner section, which evacuates the remaining content of dust and light particles in the good grain.
The impurities and screenings are conveyed through pipes to be delivered through a cyclone into a storage facility, i.e. a trailer.
