These materials require precise vacuum conveying due to their low density and resistance to floating in an airstream. The system utilizes a blower to generate air pressure, which then moves through the KIV Venturi. This Venturi creates vacuum suction on the intake side while building pressure on the discharge side, enabling the smooth transfer of lightweight granules.
To maintain clean operations, Kongskilde systems feature a unique air return mechanism that minimizes air release at the material discharge point. Each modular pneumatic conveying solution is assembled using standard components that can be adapted and installed in virtually any facility.
