The sale of the agricultural division to Case New Holland end of January 2017 represented a positive milestone to Kongskilde Industries A/S, and we are now able to focus on Kongskilde’s future core business within Grain and Industry.

Kongskilde is introducing a new 3rd generation blower series to the market. The blower series is a combination of the latest AC Drive technology and Kongskilde’s high-efficient blower design.

Mogens Rüdiger was appointed interim CEO in January 2016 and has since then gained significant insight into Kongskilde’s operations and business, both as CEO and through his valuable contribution as a key player in completing the recent divestment of Kongskilde’s agricultural machinery division.

In October 2016, Kongskilde Industries entered into an agreement to sell the Grass and Soil activities, while keeping the Industry and Grain divisions.

Effective January 8, 2016 Kongskilde Industries has appointed Mr Mogens Rüdiger as interim CEO. Mr Rüdiger takes over after two years with Mr Ole Gade who has headed the turn-around process in a difficult market for agricultural machinery.

Kongskilde’s Industrial Division is experiencing a healthy growth. 2015 started with a 20 percent increase in turnover in the division that specialises in handling process waste in the paper and plastic industry. At the same time, several new solutions and a partnership with a major new customer bode well for the future.
