This solution minimizes infrastructure needs, requiring only a pipe system that runs from ground level to the top filling point of the silo. The blower, positioned at ground level, can be easily relocated or brought indoors during off-season months—protecting key components from weather exposure.

This silo loading system is optimized for high capacity, feeding grain directly into the blowing line to keep pace with modern combine harvesting rates. For added flexibility, tractor-driven blowers are available, eliminating the need for a fixed power supply and supporting on-farm mobility.

The same pneumatic system can be adapted for the emptying of silos. A suction pipe installed along the bottom of the flat bottom silo connects to the pneumatic line, enabling clean, efficient grain removal without needing extensive mechanical equipment inside the silo.
