Pneumatic Filling and Emptying System for Hopper Silos
Kongskilde offers an efficient blower system that enables multiple hopper silos to be filled or emptied using a single grain blower system. Positioned under each silo, rotary valves feed grain into the pressurized pipeline, where airflow generated by the silo blower conveys the grain efficiently through the pipe system.
The pneumatic grain transfer system can also be configured as a silo feeding system, allowing you to circulate grain between silos or fill them from a centralized source. This flexible setup allows the blower to remain in one central location, switching between silos using diverters. Alternatively, a tractor-driven blower can be used for mobile applications, reducing the need for electrical power and enabling direct connection to rotary valves beneath each silo.
