Versatile Cyclone Options for Grain Dust Collection
Kongskilde offers a variety of cyclone dust collectors to suit different pneumatic grain conveying requirements:
KM Series Cyclones: The KM series is engineered for large-scale dust and particle separation, handling air volumes from 1,000 m³/h (590 cfm) to 35,000 m³/h (20,000 cfm). Ideal for high-throughput grain handling operations, these cyclones manage large material loads while keeping dust under control across the facility.
IC, SC, UC, and RC Series Cyclones: These compact cyclones are designed for both suction and outlet separation in pneumatic conveying systems, effectively managing dust and fine particles in smaller volumes. The IC, SC, UC, and RC series handle volumes up to 5,500 m³/h (3,300 cfm), making them ideal for targeted dust control at specific points in the grain handling process, such as intake, cleaning, or drying.
