Pneumatic Grain Transfer Made Simple
Kongskilde’s pneumatic grain transfer systems offer a reliable solution for both filling and emptying on-floor grain storage. These systems are easy to install with minimal structural requirements—just sufficient space for a grain pipe system. No major building modifications are needed.
Grain can be vacuumed directly from the floor, a small hopper, or through grain trailer unloading, then routed through the grain vacuum system to the desired storage location. Diverters within the system allow you to control the flow and direct grain to multiple grain delivery points, minimizing manual leveling and optimizing filling in facilities with low height storage.
With components like the blower positioned at floor level for convenient access, these systems reduce operational complexity while maintaining performance and flexibility across a wide range of applications.
