Dual Cleaners – KDC PLUS
The Kongskilde KDC PLUS dual grain cleaner is an advanced combined screen and aspiration cleaner designed for high-efficiency pre-cleaning and grading of various crops. With a capacity of up to 80 tonnes per hour, the KDC PLUS is ideal for cleaning corn, barley, wheat, rye, peas, beans, and even grading malting barley and seed.
This versatile grain cleaner features an inner screen for scalping, which removes large particles, while the outer screen effectively handles the removal of small seeds or fines. The KDC PLUS is unique in offering a fully adjustable pitch, allowing precise control over cleaning performance.
With its built-in vacuum system, the KDC PLUS achieves 100% aspiration, efficiently conveying screenings up to 15 meters (50 feet). The adjustable capacity ensures optimal performance for different crops and conditions.

The KDC PLUS offers easy access to the screens via hinged doors, enabling fast screen replacement and visual inspections from either side. The inner screen functions as a scalper, removing larger particles, while the outer screen focuses on removing smaller fines. Available in two models, the KDC PLUS 4000 offers a capacity of up to 40 t/h (1,400 bu/h), while the KDC PLUS 8000 doubles that capacity to 80 t/h (2,800 bu/h).
