They can be used independently for steel silo ventilation without relying on built-in air distribution systems.
HVL Aeration Blowers – Efficient Drying and Ventilation
Kongskilde’s HVL aeration blowers come in multiple models, including HVL 30, 55, 100, 150, 250, and larger models like HVL 400, 500, and 600 for bigger facilities. They’re designed for crops like grain, corn (maize), peas, grass seed, hay, beets, onions, and potatoes.
The airflow rate stays consistent, even with changing air pressure from different crops in silos or on-floor storage. This makes HVL blowers ideal for small-seed crops like rapeseed, clover, and mustard, which have higher resistance to airflow.
With minimal air temperature rise, HVL blowers are also effective for cooling crops during storage.
In industrial installations, they serve as reliable air supplier for exhaust and ventilation systems.
Parallel installations of smaller HVL blowers provide flexibility and lower electrical demand, ideal for partially filled systems.
