Rotary Valves – CAD/CAE
The Kongskilde CAD air locks/rotary valves are used to introduce grain into pressure conveying systems for the delivery of grain along the pipeline.
The Kongskilde CAE rotary valves are used in suction conveying systems for gravity discharge from cyclones or filter units.
A rotary valve is driven by a motor. Using a rotary valve instead of an injector increases the capacity significantly. For small capacities, the injectors are an ideal and simple solution.
- The CAD rotary valve is equipped with polyurethane paddles.
- Low maintenance.
- Rubber paddles provide an excellent seal against air loss.
- The rubber paddles can bend to minimise clogging.
- Standard inlet hoppers and shutters to regulate inlet volumes.

The Kongskilde CAD/CAE rotary valves are a unique solution for larger capacities in pressure conveying/suction conveying systems.
