The position is located in the German branch in Bochum-Wattenscheid.

Your tasks:

  • Receiving customer calls and answering them depending on the request, possibly also forwarding them to colleagues
  • Preparation of component, spare parts and service offers
  • Preparation of and assistance with system quotations
  • Commercial processing of orders
    • Entering orders in the system
    • Monitoring delivery dates
    • Invoicing
  • Processing of returns/warranty cases with possible creation of credit notes
  • Filing of completed orders
  • Entry of relevant information into the CRM and ERP system
  • Monthly recording of sales figures in Excel tables and diagrams
  • Internal organisational tasks, e.g. ordering office supplies, etc.

Your profile:

  • You have a commercial or related qualification
  • You have profound experience in the field of customer service or assistance and the customer is in your focus
  • Strong communication skills, an open demeanour and the will to make a difference together with the team are a matter of course for you
  • You have a high degree of self-organisation and self-motivation, combined with a solution- and customer-oriented way of working
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and at least good English (regular communication with the Danish head office is in English), any other foreign language is an advantage
  • You are very familiar with MS Office and have no reservations about familiarising yourself with a new ERP and CRM system
