How the KIA works
Kongskilde grain aspirators operate on the aspiration principle, where grain falls through an upward-moving air stream created by an integrated blower. This process effectively separates lighter impurities, which are drawn up and removed through the air stream into a cyclone or container, while the cleaned grain exits through the bottom. An optional rotating distributor table at the base of the aspirator ensures even distribution of grain within the air stream, maximizing cleaning efficiency and output quality.
