The KDC 5000 is a dual screen drum cleaner, without the integrated aspirator found in the KDC PLUS model. This change makes it ideal for operations where straightforward mechanical cleaning by size is a priority but still allowing high capacity.

At the heart of the KDC 5000 is Kongskilde’s trusted dual-screen drum system, designed to deliver efficient and reliable grain cleaning. The inner screen functions as a scalper, removing larger impurities such as husks and oversized debris. Meanwhile, the outer screen targets smaller particles and fines, ensuring a clean and consistent grain output.

To support a variety of crops and regional needs, the KDC 5000 is fully compatible with the existing range of screen options available for the KDC 4000 PLUS, providing users with greater flexibility in their setup.
