Fraudulent use of the Kongskilde Industries brand

Unfortunately, our customers and partners sometimes receive scam emails and text messages using the Kongskilde Industries name, brand and graphics which appear, on the surface, to have originated from Kongskilde Industries A/S. Often the scammers try to lure information or money out of you.

The various attempts made by scammers include CEO/CFO Fraud, where they send an email posing as our CEO/CFO and requesting a meeting to discuss urgent matters, as well as emails from someone pretending to be an account manager at Kongskilde Industries, asking for updates on open orders due to changes in the company’s bank accounts.

Scammers may also try to trick you into clicking on a link and entering personal information.

Kongskilde Industries wants to make it clear that we do not request open order status or changes to payments in this way, and our CEO/CFO will not ask you to handle anything discreetly.

This notice does not affect your responsibility to make agreed payments, and we cannot be held responsible for any costs or payments made as a result of fraudulent activity.

To ensure the integrity of our website, please access it via our secure HTTPS connection. All Kongskilde emails come from our official domain names. We recommend that you check your receiving mail server for SPF, DKIM, and DMARC validation to properly validate emails from us.
