Brové Plastics, a Dutch manufacturer of injection-moulded plastic products for the food, packaging, and building industries, needed to find a way to recycle their rejected plastic products.
When products are rejected by the quality control or damaged during transportation, they are trashed and ground – which is a dusty process. In order to reintroduce the regrind into the manufacturing process, dust has to be separated from the good material. This process is done by the Kongskilde AirWash.
