Brové Plastics, a Dutch manufacturer of injection-moulded plastic products for the food, packaging, and building industries, needed to find a way to recycle their rejected plastic products.
When products are rejected by the quality control or damaged during transportation, they are trashed and ground – which is a dusty process. In order to reintroduce the regrind into the manufacturing process, dust has to be separated from the good material. This process is done by the Kongskilde AirWash. In this short video, you can see how it is done.
