Mogens Rüdiger replaces Mr Ole Gade who has lead the turnaround process in the last two years. Mr Gade steps down after mutual agreement with Kongskilde Industries.
”I want to thank Mr Gade for his great efforts as CEO. Ole has implemented a comprehensive turnaround process, opened two new factories and overseen the launch of several innovative products in the past two years. The result is a streamlined Kongskilde with three highly efficient production sites. However, in order to take full advantage of the situation, we need a different skill set at the top, » says Mr Kim Balle, chairman of the board in Kongskilde, and Group CFO of DLG Group, the large agribusiness group that owns Kongskilde.
« Mogens Rüdiger comes to Kongskilde Industries with an impressive record. He has extensive experience and expertise with successful restructurings of several major companies, and he knows the agricultural industry, » says Mr Balle.
Mr Rüdiger came most recently from a position in DLG Group where he was responsible for optimizing the international logistics and production setup. Prior to this he was CEO in Tytex – a producer of textiles to the pharmaceutical industry. He previously held top positions in Hardi, producing sprayers for agriculture, as well as in Carlsberg and Arla.
« I look forward to working with Kongskilde’s dedicated and loyal employees to strengthen its market position and financial results. Kongskilde has a competitive product range, excellent brands and a proud tradition as a supplier of machinery for agriculture, » says Mr Rüdiger
